Voles

Several homeowners have reported lawn damage caused by voles. Our area is prone to having voles, which are very destructive to lawns and landscape plants especially in winter months. Homeowners are reminded that the use of bird feeders provides a source of food not only for birds but also for voles as well as other rodents. Please do not place bird feeders or other food sources out.

The association is not responsible for removal of pests from around town homes. This is the responsibility of the the homeowner as defined on p.5 of the Homeowner's Handbook, which may be found in the Documents section. Damage to lawns caused by voles will be repaired.
