Deck Repair or Replacement

Homeowners  have asked about materials to repair composite decks and railings. 

The original composite deck material was made by Tamko Building Products.  Unfortunately Tamko no longer makes the material that was used for the railing balusters. 

As an alternative we have reviewed material from several manufacturers and selected material from Lumberock which is available only online.  The closest matching color to what we currently have is Tan. 

NOTE:  If you are replacing balusters, you will need to replace all balusters due to the difference in the size of the Lumberock material vs. Tamko, and color variation. 

When undertaking a construction project an ARC Form must be submitted prior to any work being done.
