Homeowner property mulching guidelines

Homeowners are required to keep their non-common area mulched, weeded and trimmed. The BRSTHA board has issued a directive approving these three materials, exclusively. These materials are available from local retailers including Area Landcape Supply Co. on Wolf Road in Mokena and Melka Landscaping and Garden Supply on 179th St. in Orland Park. An ARC Form is required to change mulch naterial and whenever a contractor is used.
