The Boulder Ridge South Townhome Association (BRSTHA) is an organization of Homeowners. It is the responsibility of the Association to preserve the values and amenities of our entire community. All homeowners are members of BRSTHA. The Association duly elects a Board of Directors to carry out and enforce all provisions of the Declaration and By-Laws.
