Painting of Townhomes

Exterior painting and caulking of doors, door jams, and window frames must match existing colors.

• Exterior painting, tuck pointing, and caulking of townhomes may only be contracted for by the association.
• Complete repainting is a shared expense, when approved by a majority of the homeowners
• Garage door paining and maintenance is the financial responsibility of the homeowner

Hear are the BRSTHA designated colors for minor touchups or homeowner repairs. The following information is being provided to insure architectual integrity. The Board encourages you to notify the Board if paint issues appear, before undertaking any painting yourself.

All paints are from the Sherwin-Williams Duration line.
