All homeowners are reminded that, per the Covenants (VIII.8.02.A), "Each Unit Owner shall procure and maintain in full force, at all times, insurance covering the Townhomes consisting of or providing all protections afforded by the insurance now generally described as fire, extended coverage, additional coverage, vandalism and malicious mischief, to one hundred (100%) per cent of the full insurable value thereof, with loss payable on the basis of the cost replacement without deductions for depreciation less a deductible amount of no more than five hundred ($500) dollars. The Association shall be named as an additional insured and loss payee."
Owners are required yearly to provide evidence of insurance to the Association managing agent.
Contact your insurance agent and ask to have the managing agent added as an “additional interest” party on your policy. That way the Association agent will receive a copy automatically each year at renewal time. If that is not possible, then ask to have a copy of your policy emailed to eileen.anderson@ericksonmanagement.com referencing #158 Boulder Ridge South Townhomes.
