Monthly / Special Assessment Payment Policies

Assessment payments are due and payable on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late if not received by the 15th day of the month. Automatic debit procedures are available. For information, contact the managing agent.

A non-cumulating late charge of $30.00 is charged against the resident account for each month an assessment is received after the fifteenth (15th) day of the month.

Failure to pay assessments may result in the delinquent account turned over to the Association’s attorney for collection. When an account is turned over to the attorney for collection, attorney fees, administrative fees, filing fees and court costs are added to the resident’s account increasing the amount owed to the Association
