New residents should make sure that they complete the Owner Information Sheet which includes primary and secondary email addresses and phone numbers. This form is available from the management company and on the BRSTHA website. A sample is in page 27. We do not publish this information; it is strictly used for BRSTHA communications.
The Association members duly elect a Board of Directors for a one-year term at the Association’s Annual Meeting in December. The Board’s charter is to carry out and administer all provisions of the Declaration of Covenants and By-Laws, the Governing Documents of our Association, for the purpose of maintaining the community’s financial, architectural, and property value integrity.
