BRSTHA responsibility is limited to normal wear and tear deterioration of the listed townhome structure. Replacement and maintenance will be performed as needed and as determined by the BRSTHA Board of Directors, per the Governing Documents.
Maintenance, repair and general upkeep of home including repair or replacement of exterior light fixtures attached to Townhome, electric outlets, water sillcocks, window and/or door glass or screen, doors, door jams, thresholds, window frames or operating parts of doors, windows and garage doors. (Contact the Architecture Committee for description of materials and colors approved for use in architectural changes.)
