From time to time it may become necessary for a member of the townhome community to formally bring a grievance to the Board of Directors.
If a member of the community finds it necessary to file a grievance complaint, the following procedures must be followed:
It is the intent of the Board of Directors to address concerns and keep grievances confidential. The Board of Directors will review the facts and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. Once the Board of Directors has taken action to resolve the issue the petitioner, will be contacted by a member of the Board of Directors as to the resolution.
Lastly, if you have an issue that is urgent and requires immediate resolution, please do not hesitate to call the Managing Agent.
