Townhome owners must provide evidence of insurance annually on the townhome by providing a copy of their insurance certificate or declaration page to the managing agent. Insurance policies must provide for the full replacement cost of the townhome and include Boulder Ridge South Townhome Association named as an additional insured and loss payee.
Improvements approved by the developer prior to the first Board of Directors are "grandfathered." This does not prohibit the Association from its rights to enforce the Architectural Criteria.
