Leasing of townhomes is permitted under the following conditions:
- Approval of the BRSTHA Board of Directors
- Leases must be for a period of no less than one year
- A copy of the lease or sublease must be filed by the homeowner with the Board of Directors in care of the managing agent
- The tenant or subtenant must be given a copy of the Rules and Regulations by the homeowner and is responsible to abide by the governing documents
- The homeowner is responsible for the conduct of the tenant or subtenant and must enforce the Declaration of Covenants, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations of the Association
