Notice of Authority

This guidebook is designed to give you, the homeowner, a general guide to the Rules and Regulations and Architectural Criteria of the Boulder Ridge South Townhome community. It is not intended to replace the governing documents that you received when you purchased your home. When appropriate, a reference is made to the Declaration and By-Laws, (Article and Section) as further explanation of rules described in this guidebook. If you did not receive a copy of these documents, request a copy from your attorney, or you may request a copy from the managing agent, or download from the website.

This guidebook is meant to be a convenient reference to summarize the important points of the Declaration of Covenants and Bylaws. These are the Governing Documents of our Association. The Governing Documents are available on the BRSTHA website. These governing documents shall supersede anything contained in this guidebook.

The Board of Directors may issue Directives to supplement the Governing Documents to maintain the integrity of the community.

The Board of Directors requests that each resident conform to these guidelines for the safety of all the residents and preservation of the value of our homes.
