Pets

The Village of Mokena Ordinances apply. All residents are required to inoculate and license their pets as the law requires. Pets are defined as domesticated dogs, cats, fish, caged birds and caged rodents. The Townhome Association By-Laws permit a total of two pets (dogs/cats) per household. No animals, reptiles, rabbits, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised or bred in any home.

All pets must be walked on a leash and should be curbed on the parkway; all excrement must be removed by the pet owner immediately.

The homeowner is responsible for repairing any damage caused by their pet, including but not limited to common area landscaping.
