Ponds

The ponds are part of the Common Area and are provided for storm drainage. Due to liability reasons for the Association swimming, boating, sledding, ice fishing and ice skating are not permitted in or on the ponds.

Fishing is permitted for residents and their guest. All Illinois state and local regulations apply, including licensing.
