Installation of a satellite dish on the roof of the townhome is not recommended. It is the resident's responsibility to make certain that cables are properly buried so as not to present a trip hazard or an obstacle to landscape contractors. All communication systems are subject to FCC regulations. Any damage caused to the exterior of the property due to installation of this equipment is the responsibility of the homeowner to repair.
