Signs and Flags

For Sale/Rent Signs, Contractor Signs, Commercial Signs, Election Signs and the American Flag.

No advertising sign or billboard, including "For Sale" or "For Rent" signs, shall be erected or maintained on any townhome or on the common property. Election signage is permitted on the homeowner’s property only, but not on any Common Area, for a four-week period prior to the election but must be removed immediately following the election.

Display of the American flag and military flags are permitted. Other decorative flags are not permitted.

Personal life event signs and decorartions may displayed for 2 weeks.
