The BRSTHA has entered into an agreement with the Village of Mokena Police Department to enforce the State of Illinois Vehicle Code on the private streets of Boulder Ridge South. Please observe all State of Illinois and Village of Mokena Vehicle Codes when driving in the community.

The speed limit on the streets in Boulder Ridge South is 25 MPH for the safety of all residents and guests.

No vehicles should be parked in such a way that it blocks the sidewalk. This is a Village of Mokena ordinance.

According to the Mokena Village Code, it is unlawful to park a truck with an Illinois License Plate Classification higher than “B” (or out of state equivalent) or a height of 90” or more on ANY residential street.

The Village of Mokena ordinances state that it is unlawful to park any vehicle on a Village street at any time the snowfall exceeds a 2-inch depth. This parking restriction is in effect until snow plowing operations are completed. This applies to all streets and cul-de-sacs within Boulder Ridge South.
