Driveways must be replaced with concrete. The size of the driveway may not be changed. All installations of driveways, service walkways and patios must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for written approval prior to installation.

Driveway replacement and/or repairs is the financial responsibility of the homeowner as previously stated.

Repair and replacement of roofs is the responsibility of the Association when due to normal wear and tear. Homeowners should not undertake or contract for such roof repair or replacement. All other roof repair due to natural disaster, fire or events other than normal wear and tear are the responsibility of the homeowner to pay. Homeowner roof repairs require an ARC approval prior to the beginning of work.
