Window, Storm Door and Garage Door replacement or installation require submittal of an ARC form for approval. The replacement or repair must maintain the architectural integrity of the community, including but not limited to style and color.

• Decks (including stairs) must not exceed the dimensions offered by the developer. Materials used for repairs must match existing materials and colors used for deck construction.
